What customers notice before they reach the door
Gum spots by the entrance, grease tracked out from the kitchen, a dark line of grime along the curb—none of it is dramatic on its own, but together it tells a customer how the rest of the business is run. Commercial pressure washing resets those first thirty feet.
Most of our commercial work in Cleveland is restaurants, retail strips, and offices with heavy foot traffic. The restaurant in the photo on this page is a typical job: flatwork around the building, the drive-thru lane, and the trash enclosure, cleaned in one visit.
Working around your hours, not the other way around
An open business can't have hoses across the entry at lunch. We schedule commercial pressure washing for early mornings, evenings, or closed days, and we section off work areas so staff can still get in and out.
Water and debris are directed away from doors and landscaping, and we rinse down the areas we worked before we leave. If your property has a specific rule about noise hours or water use, tell us when you request the estimate and we'll plan around it.
One-time cleanups and recurring service
Some owners call once before a grand opening, an inspection, or a lease turnover. Others want the sidewalks and dumpster pad done monthly or quarterly so it never builds up again. Both are normal, and both start with a walk-through so the estimate reflects the actual property.
If you manage several locations, we can put them on one schedule. See our recurring property maintenance page for how that works.
Glass and building faces in the same visit
Pressure washing the concrete while the storefront glass stays spotted only gets you halfway. Exterior window cleaning and soft washing for siding, EIFS, and signage can be added to the same visit, so the whole frontage is finished at once.
